IGF-1、HIF—1α在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：研究胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、低氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）在肝细胞肝癌（HCC）中的表达及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测54例HCC及14例正常肝组织中IGF-1和HIF-1α的表达情况，研究其与HCC生物学行为的关系。结果：54例HCC中IGF-1、HIF-1α的表达均较正常肝组织高，差异具有显著性（x^2=9．112，13．369；P〈0．05）。HCC中IGF-1与HIF-1α的表达呈正相关（rx=0．539，P〈0．05）。HIF-1α的表达与肿瘤的侵袭转移密切相关（P〈0．05），IGF-1在AFP≥400μg／ml的HCC组织中表达明显高于AFP〈400μg／ml者，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：HCC中IGF-1和HIF-1α表达反映HCC的生物学行为，可作为预测肝癌浸润转移的-项重要指标。

Expression of IGF-I and HIF-lain Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective：To investigate the expressions of IGF-Iand HIF 1α in hepatocellu1αr carcinoma （HCC） and their clinical significance. Methods：The expressions of IGF-I and HIF-1α in 54 cases of HCC and normal liver tissues were studied by immunohistochemistry assay. Results：The expressions of IGF-I and HIF-1α protein in hepatocellu1αr Carcinoma was significantly higher than in normal livertissues（X2= 9. 112,13. 369 ;P〈0. 05）. The expression of HIF-1α was positively associated with IGF-1 （rx = 0. 539 ,P〈0.05）. The expression of HIF-1α was significantly corre1αted with ability of invasion and metastasis. The expressions of IGF-I protein in HCC with AFP ≥400μg/ml were significantly higher than in HCC with AFP≥400 μg/ml. Conclusion：The expressions of IGF-I and HIF-1α can reflect the biological behavior of HCC. they are important indexes for HCC invasion and metastasis.
