| 摘 要： | 受体阻滞剂根据其化学结构不同,其应用也不同,特别是在心血管病中的应用,越来越广泛。某些受体阻滞剂可降低心肌梗死患者的心血管事件,某些受体阻滞剂可用于心力衰竭,受体阻滞剂的抗心律失常作用于膜稳定作用有关,受体阻滞剂治疗高血压的疗效和安全性临床早已肯定,现在就受体阻滞剂在心血管中的应用做以介绍。
