CT引导下经皮乙酸注射联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌

目的 研究经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合经皮乙酸注射(PAI)治疗原发性肝癌的疗效.方法 选择52例肝癌患者,分为TACE联合PAI治疗组(26例)和单纯TACE组(26例),比较两组治疗效果.结果 联合组与单纯TACE组AFP下降率为78.3%和50.0%,肿瘤体积缩小有效率分别为65.4%(17/26)和38.5%(10/26),1、2年生存率分别为73.1%(19/26)、38.5%(10/20)和57.7%(15/26)、19.2%(5/26),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 TACE联合PAI治疗原发性肝癌效果明显优于单纯TACE组.

CT-guided percutaneous acetic acid injection combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To study the curative effect of CT-guided percutaneous acetic acid injection(PAI)combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of primary heaptocellular carconima.Methods 52 cases with primary heaptocellular carconima were divided into two groups.26 cases were treated with TACE and PAI,combined group comparing with other 26 cases treated with TACE group.Results Decrease of AFP,shrinkage of tumor mass and survival rate of 1-2 years of the combined group and TACE group were 78.3% vs 50.0%,65.4%(17/26) vs 38.5%(10/26)and 73.1%(19/26),52.6%(10/19) vs 57.7%(15/26),33.3%(5/15),respectively;with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of TACE with PAI is superior to TACE alone for patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
