骶管麻醉复合异丙酚在小儿泌尿外科手术中的应用

目的探讨骶管麻醉复合异丙酚用于小儿泌尿外科手术的临床效果和安全性。方法60例有泌尿外科疾病的患儿随机分成2组，骶管麻醉组（Ⅰ组，n=30）和氯胺酮组（Ⅱ组，n=30），Ⅰ组应用骶管麻醉复合异丙酚全麻，Ⅱ组应用氯胺酮全麻。于麻醉前、切皮、术中、术毕记录其血压、心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度，并比较2组苏醒时间。结果诱导后和术中2纽的血压、心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度有显著性差异，Ⅰ组明显低于Ⅱ组（P〈0．05），苏醒时间也短于Ⅱ组（P〈0.01）。结论骶管麻醉复合异丙酚用于小儿泌尿外科手术，呼吸、循环稳定，麻醉满意，术后恢复快，是一种较为理想的麻醉方法。

Application of sacral block combined with propofolum in urogenital surgery in children

Objective It is to approach the efficacy and safety of sacral block combined with propofolum in urogenital surgery in children. Methods sixty patients with urogenital disease were randomly divided into two groups ： sacral block group （group Ⅰ, n = 30） and ketamine group （group Ⅱ , n = 30）. Patients In group Ⅰ were received sacral block combined with propofolum general anesthesia. Patients In group Ⅱ were received ketamine general anesthesia. The blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and Sp（O2） were recorded before, during and after anesthesia. And the recovery time was compared between two groups. Results Blood pressure, Heart rate, respiratory rate and Sp（O2） values were much higher in group Ⅱ than those in group Ⅰ （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recovery time was significantly longer in group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅰ （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Sacral block combined with propofolum can be used as a safe anesthetic in urogenital surgery in children.
