火焰原子吸收法测定血清铜锌铁钙镁

摘    要:(目的)系统地研究火焰原子吸收光谱检测血清中铜锌铁钙镁的含量,以建立准确、快速、简便的临床检测方法。(方法)将血清充分消化后利用原子吸收分光光度计测定血清铜锌铁钙镁。(结果)加标回收率及标准中血清检测均得到预想结果,通过标准曲线回归议程运算五种元素,r值均在0.9970以上,(结论)方法具有准确、灵敏、简便等优点。适合临床应用。
