腹腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术临床研究

目的研究腹腔镜鞘膜（筋膜）内子宫切除术的临床价值。方法将2006年1月-2007年12月符合条件的患者30例行腹腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术与同期行经腹子宫切除术的30例患者进行对比研究，分析其在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间？术后排气时间、保留尿管时间及术后病率等方面有无差异。结果腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术与经腹子宫切除术手术时间、术后病率方面差异无统计学意义，但在术中出血量、住院时间、术后排气时间、保留尿管时间方面，腹腔镜组均优于开腹组。结论腹腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短，值得临床推广。

Clinical study on classic abdominal S.E.M.Mhysterectomy(Cash)under laparoscope

Objective To study tbe clinical value of classic abdominal S.E.M.M hysterectomy（ Cash）.Method 30 cases of patients who were qualified and received Cash from Jan. 2006 to Des.2007 were eomigared with 30 cases who received laparohysterectomy at the same time. Parameters include operation time, bleeding volume, time of hospitalization, flatus time after operation and time of keeping twinary catheter were analyzed. Result Operation time in both groups was similar, but bleeding volume, time of hospitalization, flatus free after operation and time of keepng urinary eatheter were better in patients who received cash. Conclusion Cllassic abdominal S.E.M.M hysterectomy（ Cash）is an operation with less trauma,less bleeding, quieldy recovering and shorter hospitalization time. It is worth generalizing.
