10200例尿液标本细菌L型培养及药敏试验结果分析

摘    要:目的:探讨泌尿系感染患者尿细菌L型的病原菌种类及耐药性。方法:采取10200例门衣及住院患者的尿液进行细菌L型培养及药敏试验。结果:分离出细菌L型2979株,阳性率29.2%,分离出菌种22种,其中革兰氏阳性菌2178株(占73.1%),革兰氏阴性菌801株(占26.9%)。4例主要病原菌是表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、大肠埃希氏菌及金黄色葡萄球菌,分别占全部检出细菌L型的25.6%、20.5%、17.9%、17.7%。药敏试验显示表葡萄、金葡萄、粪肠球菌共同敏感的药物是万古霉素、呋喃妥因和舒普深;4种主要病原菌共同敏感的药物是呋喃妥因,其次是舒普深。结论:泌尿系感染患者尿液常规培养细菌L型培养可提高细菌检测阳性率,为临床诊断和抗性素的合理使用提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the parental bacteria of L-form in the urine of the patients with urinary infection and its drug sensitivity .Methods: Cultivation and drug sensitivity test were performed on the urine samples of 10 200 patients with urinary infection. Results:2 979 strains of bacterial L-form were separated out and the positive rate was 29.2% . 22 kinds of parental bacteria were identified,Gram positive bacteria being 2 178 strains (73.1%) and Gram negative bacteria being 801 strains (26.9%).The main four kinds of parental bacteria were S.epidermidis (25.6%),S.faecalis (20.5%),E. coli (17.9%) and S.aureus (17.7%).On the drug sensitivity test ,S. epidermidis,S.aureus and S.faecalis were sensitive to vancomycin,furadantin and cefoperazone,and all of four kinds of bacteria were well sensitive to furadantin,then sensitive to sefoperazone. Conclusions: Cultivation of L-form with sample of urine ,if routinely perormed,can increase the positive rate of bacteria and provide animportant clue to the diagnosis and the rational administration of antibiotics.
