摘    要:本实验用墨汁灌注法观察了缺铁性贫血小鼠模型的空肠绒毛及骨髓微循环改变,并对治疗组小鼠用山莨菪碱腹腔注射3周,治疗后上述部位微循环障碍明显改善,同时血Hb、RBC、MCH等上升亦明显快于对照组。从而证明:缺铁性贫血小鼠存在空肠、骨髓微循环障碍,改善微循环是治疗缺铁性贫血的重要辅助措施。

Abstract:In this experiment we observed on the changes of microcirculation in the fine hair of jejunum mucous mem- brane and bone marrow of mice with IDA by means of pouring Chinese ink. Meanwhile the asinodaminum was given on the experimental group of mice with IDA by abdominal cavity injection for 3 weeks. After treatment the microcireulation disorders of the above mentioned part were improved obviously. In the meantime, the increasing speed of the Hb, RBC, MCH etc. in peripheral blood was evidently faster than the control group's. So we drew a conclusion: The mice with IDA have disorders of the microcirculation in the jejunum and bone marrow, and improving microcirculatton is an important auxiliary measure in the treatment of IDA.
