肌生注射液保存离体心脏的实验研究

目的 观察肌生注射液保存离体心脏的效果。方法 在改良的Euro-collins液(mEC液)中添加肌生注射液，采用小鼠Langendorff离体心脏灌注模型，分别用mEC液和含肌生注射液的mEC液简单冷保存小民心脏3h、7．5h、8．5h。观察保存3h的心功能、冠脉流量(CF)及心肌含水量；保存7．5h、8．5h后的心脏复活率、CF、心肌含水量及心脏复跳需时。结果 保存3h再灌注20min、30min、40min，肌生注射液的3个剂量组的心功能、CF均好于mEC液组，大剂量组最明显。大、中剂量组的心肌含水量显著低于mEC液组(P＜0．01)。保存7．5h的心脏复活率高于mEC液组，心肌含水量明显低于mEC液组(P＜0．05)。保存8．5h的心脏复活率显著高于mEC液组(P＜0．01)。结论 肌生注射液能提高心脏保存效果，延长心脏保存时间。

Experimental Studies on Isolated Heart Preservation with Jisheng Injection

Objective To observe the effect of Jisheng injection(JI)in preserving isolated heart of mice.Methods Langendorff' s isolated -perfused mouse heart mod el was established.The isolated hearts were preserved in modified Eu-ro -Collins solution(MECS)and MECS with JI added for 3h,7.5h and8.5h respectively.Cardiac functio n,coronary flow and myocardial water -volume (MWV)were observed after 3h ,7.5h and 8.5h of preservation,heart reactivatio n(HR)rate,coronary flow,MWV and time for HR were also observed.Results After 3h of preservation and 20min,30min or 40min of reperfusion,cardiac function and coronary flow in three M ECS +JI groups and especially in that of large dose were improved as compared with t hose in MECS group;MWV in large -dose and moderate -dose groups was obvi-ously lower than that in MECS group(P<0.01).After 7.5h of preservation,HR rate was higher and MWV lower in MECS +JI group(P<0.05)and after 8.5h,HR rate was still high er in MECS +JI group(P<0.01).Conclusion JI can improve isolated -heart prese rvation and prolong preserving period.
