| 摘 要： | 目的：研究胃宁康舒胶囊制备及质量控制方法,并观察其临床疗效。方法：通过薄层色谱法对处方中大黄、黄连进行鉴别,并对220例患者进行临床观察。结果：本制备方法简便,质控方法可行,临床应用总有效率为94.37%。结论：胃宁康舒胶囊质量稳定,疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the preparation and quality control methods of Weiningkangshu Capsules and to observe its clinical therapeutic efficacy.Methods: Rhizoma Rhei and Coptidis were identified by TLC and therapeutic efficacy was observed in 220 patients with chronic stomach inflammation. Results:The preparation of Weiningkangshu Capsules was convenient in technology, feasible in quality control and the effective rate of Weiningkangshu Capsules in treating chronic stomach inflammation was 94.37%. Conclusion:The preparation of Weiningkangshu Capsules is stable in quality, reliable in therapeutic efficacy. |
