慢性充血性心力衰竭合并低钠血症86例临床分析

目的：探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）合并低钠血症的治疗方法。方法：对CHF合并低钠血症86例的患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上，采用限水并予补充高渗盐水治疗，对治疗情况进行分析。结果：稀释性低钠血症显效20例，好转6例，总有效率为86.6％。缺钠性低纳血症显效36例，好转18例，总有效率为95.8％。结论：CHF合并低钠血症患者适当补充高渗盐水以维持正常血钠水平，可改善慢性心功能衰竭近期预后。

Chronic congestive heart failure combined hyonatremia clinical analysis of 86 cases

Objective: To explore the treatment of the Chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) combined hyonatremia. Methods:Based on the conventional anti-heart failure treatment to 86 atients of CHF combined hyonatremia,limited water and added to the hyertonie saline,and analysis these treatments. Results: Dilutional hyonatremia markedly effective in 20 cases, 6 cases improved, the total effective rate was 86.6%o Lack of sodium hyerliemia markedly effective in 36 cases, 12 cases improved, the total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion: To maintain normal serum sodium level by adding hyer-tonic saline Aroriate to atients of CHF combined hyonatremia can improve the short-term rognosis in chronic heart failure.
