护士对实施系统化整体护理前后护理工作满意度的调查

为了解护士对实施系统化整体护理前后的护理工作的满意程度 ,对我院 176名护理人员采用问卷调查方式进行了调查 ,结果显示 :实施整体护理后护士的整体工作满意度高于实施前 ,在工作满意度的 9个方面中 ,实施整体护理前后护士在个人与专业发展机会、成就感、职业本身特点、管理与医院政策及人际关系方面的工作满意度有统计学意义 ,在被认知与表扬、班次与工作条件方面的工作满意度亦有差异

Investigation on Work Satisfaction Degree of Nurses Before and After Holistic Nursing Care Being Carried out

To Know the satisfaction degree of nurses towards their work before and after holistic nursing care being carried out. Investigation was made on 176 of nurses in our hospital by filling up the question paper about the satisfaction degree towards the whole work and 9 aspects of work. Results showed that after the holistic nursing care being carried out, the whole work satisfaction degree of nurses was higher than that in before holistic nursing care carried out. Of the 9 aspects of the work satisfaction degree, developmental opportunities of both individuals and special fields, feeling of success, peculiarities of the occupation itself, management and hospital policies, and personnel relations, satisfaction degree towards these work aspects had significant differences. There were also differences in terms of satisfaction degree towards work of being understood and praised, shifts, and working conditions.
