紧急气管插管在急救中的应用

目的回顾分析紧急气管插管的技术特点及在临床急救中应用的经验，以提高急救水平及抢救的成功率。方法回顾分析番禺区榄核医院在2003-2007年需要作紧急气管插管抢救危重病60例的临床资料，对其完成插管所需时间、次数、抢救成功率、死亡率及气管插管的并发症等进行分析。结果对适应插管患者越早插管成功率越高，插管所需时间越短成功率越高。结论临床医务人员熟练掌握并及时施行经口气管插管能有效提高抢救成功率。

Application of orotracheal intubation in emergency

Objective The technical characteristic and application experience in clinical emergency of orotracheal intubation were analyzed retrospectively so as to improve the rescue level and success rate of an emergency. Methods The clinical materials of 60 cases with critical disease in our hospital who were in need of the emergency orotracheal intubation from 2003 to 2007, included the required time of completing the orotracheal intubation, total times, success rate of rescue, its complications, etc. were analyzed retrospectively. Results For the patients who were adjusted to the orotraeheal intubation, the earlier orotracheal intubation with shorter time gave rise to higher success rate. Conclusion The proficiency of the medical staff in clinic and the timely performing of the oral orotracheal intubation can increase the success rate of rescue significantly.
