3种剂量米索前列醇在妊娠晚期引产的效果

目的：探讨不同剂量米索前列醇应用于妊娠晚期引产的有效性。方法：对90例有引产指征的晚期妊娠孕妇随机分为3组,25、50和75μg组,常规外阴消毒后于阴道后穹隆放入相应剂量米索前列醇,同时行胎心监护,静卧1 h,4 h后未发动宫缩同法再次置入前次剂量米索前列醇,1 d最多放置3次。结果：3种剂量引产均有效,但随着剂量的增大,其安全性却在减小。结论：小剂量米索前列醇应用于妊娠晚期引产是有效的、安全的。

Comparison of effectiveness for Induced Labour during Late Pregnancy with 3 kinds of Misoprostol
