| 摘 要： | 本文报告７６例输尿管小结石，结石大小≤５ｍｍ，位于输尿管下段。２０～５０岁发病率高。腹部平片是首选检查方法，但容易遗漏。静脉肾孟造影对输尿管小结石有重要作用。大多数微小结石致使输尿管扩张，但轻度，肾盂肾盏则无异常。少数的小结石使肾盏扩大积水，输尿管不显影，为小结石与周围粘连有关。

| Abstract: | cases of small ureter stones were analysed in ths article. The size of stones were all less than or equal to 5 mm, and all the stones. located in the lower segment of ureter. The high incidence involved in 20--50 years person.Abdomen plain film was the best choice of the examinations, but it was easy to leave out . Intravenous pyelography played an important role in diagnosis of small ureter stone. Most of cases showed slight dlaltation of ureter, and no abnormality of calyces. Less cases showed dilatation of pelvis and calyces,hydronephrosis or not display of ureter. The cause of undisplay of ureter might relate to the adhesion between stone and surrounding. tissue |
