| 摘 要： | 目的观察他克莫司软膏治疗系统性红斑狼疮面部皮损的疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为两组,治疗组予皮质类固醇激素+外用他克莫司软膏,对照组予皮质类固醇激素+外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏。疗程均4周,比较治疗前后症状及体征的改善情况。结果治疗4周后两组患者的红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒等症状均有明显改善,两组疗效在治疗第1,2,4周后差异均无显著性(P均>0.05)。结果他克莫司软膏治疗系统性红斑狼疮面部皮损有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To Observe the effectiveness of Tacrolimus ointment on the malar rash of systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 62 patiants were divided into 2 groups randomly,1 group treated with adenocortical hormone and Tacrolimus ointment,another treated with adenocortical hormone and hydrocortisone butyrate cream.Compared the results.Results After the treatment,the symptoms of 2 groups improved obviously,there were no difference between the 2 groups 1,2,4 week later(P >0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment is effective in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus |
