| 摘 要： | 单用小剂量胺碘酮（３０～１００ｍｇ·ｄ－１）治疗２１例顽固性心律失常，并以同剂量胺碘酮与Ｉｂ或Ｉｃ类抗心律失常药联合应用于７８例顽固性心律失常者，后者疗效优于前者。服药２ｗｋ后，测得血浆胺碘酮浓度均＜０．５６ｍｇ·Ｌ－１。单用和联合应用胺碘酮后的心电图变化相比无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。分析用药前、后的心电图变化，未发现明显窦缓及Ｑ－Ｔｃ延长，Ｐ－Ｒ间期及ＱＲＳ宽度不变，未见致心律失常作用，值得临床工作者参考应用。

| Abstract: | cases of refractory arrhythmias were treated with small doses of amiodarone combined with other anti-arrhythmic drugs, which were compared with 21 cases received single kind of amiodarone.All results showed that better effects are in the first group. The plasma concentrations of amiodarone were taken after two weeks regimen in two groups. The ECG changes were as follows: no severe sinus bradycardia, no obvious Q-Tc prolongation, no changes of P-R and QRS, no inducing of arrhythmia.We are glad to recommend this method of administration |
