狼疮性脑病环磷酰胺冲击治疗14例分析

目的：为探讨环磷酰胺冲击治疗狼疮性肾炎并发狼疮性脑的疗效及副作用，以求最佳冲击治疗方案。方法：对１４例狼疮性脑病患者进行环磷酰胺冲击治疗，并以６例狼疮性脑病患者用糖皮质激素冲击治疗为对照。结果：治疗组１１例有铲，３例无效，其中１例死亡。对照组１例有效，５例死亡。两组疗效差异有显著性。结论：环磷酰胺冲击治疗狼疮性脑病效果显著，副作用少。

Analysis of Internal cyclophosphamide pulse in treatment of 14 cases of lupus encephalopathy

Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide(CP) pulse in lupus encephalopathy.Methods:14 cases of lupus encephalopathy were treated with CP pulse and 6 cases of the patients were treated with glucocorticoid pulse as control.Results:Amony these 14 cases,11 were effective,1 was dead;and in the patients of control,1 was effective,5 were dead.The result showed the effect rate of CP pulse was higher than that of control( P <0.05).Conclusions:This indicates that CP pulse may be effective in treatment of lupus encephalopathy.
