| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CX3CLl、CX3CRl在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达及其意义。方法：收集30例胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织及对应癌旁组织，用ELISA和westernblot法分别检测标本中CX3CLl及CX3CRl的蛋白水平。结果：ELISA法显示CX3CLl在胃癌组织中的表达水平高于对应癌旁组织（P〈0．05），westernblot法显示CX3CRl蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达水平高于对应癌旁组织（P〈0．05）。结论：胃癌组织中CX3CLl、CX3CRl的高表达可能与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To detect the expression of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 in human gastric cancer and its adjacent tissue. Methods： The primary tumor tissues and matching adjacent non-cancerous tissues from 30 gastric cancer patients were collected. CX3CL1 protein levels were detected by ELISA, and CX3CR1 protein levels were detected by western blot analysis from alI the specimens. Resuits：ELISA demonstrated that the mean level of CX3CL1 in gastric cancer tis- sues was higher than that in matching adjacent non-cancerous tissues （P〈0. 05）. Western blot analysis demonstrated that the mean expression level of CX3CR1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in matching adjacent non-cancerous tissues （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： High expression of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 may plays a critical role in the development of gastric cancer. |
