雾化吸入爱全乐联合大剂量氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征

目的：探讨爱全乐和盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效。方法：109例呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿，随机分为对照组51例和观察组58例，对照组采用常规综合治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用爱全乐雾化吸入，大剂量盐酸氨溴索静脉点滴治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组持续正压通气时间明显缩短、并发症发生明显减少，观察组总有效率（96．55％）明显高于对照组（60．78％），两组比较差异有显著性（ P＜0．05或 P＜0．01）。结论：雾化吸入爱全乐联合大剂量氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

Atomization Inhalation Atrovent and Large Dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Objective ：To explore clinical curative effect of Atrovent and ambroxol hydrochloride for the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome .Methods ：109 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were randomly di-vided into control group （51 cases） and observation group （58 cases） ,control group using conventional comprehensive therapy ,observation group on the basis of the treatment in the control group plus Atrovent and inhalation ,large dose ambroxol hydrochloride intravenous drip treatment ,compared with two groups of clinical curative effect observation . Results：The time of continuous positive airway pressure observation group was obviously shortened ,and the complica-tions decreased significantly ,the total effective rate （96 .55% ） of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （60 .78% ） ,comparing the two groups had significant difference （P〈0 .05 or P〈0 .01） .Conclusion：The effect is exact with Aerosol inhalation of love all music in combination with large dose of ambroxol hydrochloride treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
