茵栀黄口服液灌肠联合蓝光照射治疗早产儿黄疸55例

摘    要:目曲探讨茵栀黄口服液灌肠联合蓝光照射治疗早产儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将130例早产儿黄疸随机分为两组,经进一步诊断及排除后,治疗组55例,对照组45例,对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合茵栀黄口服液灌肠治疗。结果治疗组有效率为92.73%,对照组为75.56%,两组患者胆红素值生后第3天、第5天及黄疸消退时间差异均有统计学意义。结论茵栀黄口服液灌肠联合蓝光照射治疗早产儿黄疸的疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Yin Zhihuang oral liquid enema combined with blue light ir- radiation in the treatment of jaundice in premature infants. Methods 130 cases of premature infants with jaundice were randomly divided into two groups, the further diagnosis and exclusion, 55 cases in the treatment group, 45 cases in the control group, the control group tak e routine treatment, the treatment group take routine treatment combined with Yin Zhihuang oral solution enema. Results the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.7 %, control group was 75.56 %, two groups of patients with bilirubin time had significant differences at 3D, 5D and jaundice after birth. Conclusion the curative effect of Yin Zhihuang oral liquid enema combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of jaundice in pre- mature infants, is worth for the clinical promotion.
