中西医结合治疗前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的效果。方法选取80例前列腺电切术后患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组给予自控镇痛泵、口服和/或肌肉注射解痉镇痛药物、利多卡因冲洗液冲洗等治疗方法。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用穴位按摩、口服解痉汤、解痉散瘀汤点滴灌肠。两组均给予针对性的护理对策。观察两组患者膀胱痉挛发生次数、膀胱持续冲洗、拔管和住院时间等。结果治疗组膀胱痉挛发生次数较对照组减少(P﹤0.05);两组患者膀胱持续冲洗、拔管和住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗前列腺术后膀胱痉挛,有效地减少了膀胱痉挛的发生率,减轻了患者的痛苦,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Bladder Spasm after Transurethral Resection of the Prostate with Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective to observe the combined treatment of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostateeffect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods 80 patients with transurethral resection of the pros-tate, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each. The control group received pa-tient-controlled analgesia pump, oral and or intramuscular injection, antispasmodic and analgesic drug lidocaine lavagecleaning treatment method. Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint massage, oral spasmolysis soup,spasmolysis medicine clyster drip. The two groups were given the nursing countermeasures. Two groups were observed inpatients with bladder spasm frequency, bladder flushing, extubation and length of stay. Results in the treatment groupthan in the control group of bladder spasm frequency decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the two group of patients with bladder flushing, extubation and length of hospital stay, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion the treatment of bladder spasm after prostatectomy combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, effectively reduce the incidence of bladder spasm, reduce the pain of patients, and promote the rehabilitation of patients, is worthy of clinic.al application.
