摘    要:目的利用Box--Behnken结合响应面法优化白鲜皮提取工艺。方法采用4因素3水平的响应面实验设计,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取次数及提取时间为响应因子,以白鲜皮指纹图谱共有色谱峰峰面积的综合评分为指标,得出最佳工艺条件。结果采用Design Expert 8.05软件对数据进行分析,建立综合评分与影响因子的多元二次回归方程,获得的提取白鲜皮活性成分的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度82.75%,料液比13.99,提取时间49.33 min,提取次数2.55。为了实际操作方便性的需要,得出实验结果为:乙醇浓度80%,料液比14,提取时间50 min,提取次数3。结论响应面分析法可为白鲜皮有效成分的提取提供科学依据,并可为制定饮片的质量标准和临床应用提供依据。

Abstract:Objective to combined with Response Surface Analysis(RSA) method to optimize the extraction technolo-gy of cortex dictam by Box - - Behnken. Methods using 4 factors and 3 levels of response surface experimental design,ethanol concentration, solid -liquid ratio, extraction times and the extraction time response factor, with fresh white skinfingerprint has the comprehensive score of the chromatographic peak area as index, the optimum process conditions.Resultsby using Design data were analyzed by Expert 8.05 software, establish the comprehensive score and the impactfactor of the multiple two regression equation, the optimum process conditions components extracted activity obtained areas follows: ethanol concentration 82.75 %, ratio of material to liquid 13.99, extraction time 49.33min, extraction times2.55. In order to meet the needs of actual operation convenience, experimental results obtained are as follows: ethanolconcentration 80 %, ratio of material to liquid 14, extraction time 50min, extraction times 3. Conclusion RSA Can pro-vide scientific basis for the extraction of effective components of cortex dictam , and can provide the basis for qualitystandard pieces and clinical application.
