| 摘 要： | 目的:建立金枳黄利胆排石片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对大黄、枳实、香附进行定性分析,采用HPLC法测定黄芩中的黄芩苷含量。结果:TLC图谱斑点清洗,阴性液无干扰,黄芩苷0.3184～1.5920πμg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.16%,RSD为1.5%(n=5)。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于金枳黄利胆排石片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality control for Jinzhi huanglidan tablets.Methods：rhubarb、citrus aurantium、Cyperus rotundus L.were identified by TLC,the content ofbaicalin was determined by HPLC.Results：The TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.The calibration of baicalin was linear within the range of 0.3184~1.4920μg（r=0.9999）,average recovery was 98.16% and RSD was 1.5%（n=5）.Conclusion：The selectiveness,sensitiveness and reproducibility of the method are good and the method can be used for quality control for Jinzhi huanglidan tablets. |
