| 摘 要： | 目的：确定消黄灵注射液水煎煮提取最佳工艺，方法，用正交试验法对消黄灵注射液水煎煮提取工艺总浸膏量进行优选，以水饱和正丁醇提取物作为考核指标，选用L9（3)^4正交表进行实验，考察四因素分别为：煎煮时间，煎煮次数，加水量，浸泡时间等，结果：确定加生药材的8倍量水，浸泡6h，煎煮3次，每次1h为最佳方案。结论：此方法适用于本方水煎煮提取工艺。

| Abstract: | Aim To determine the best water-coction extract technology of Xiaohuangling(XHL) injection. Methods The orthogonal test was the method to select the water-coction extract technology of XHL injection.Results The best scheme was that crude drug was added 8 times water, then soaked 6h, and boiled out 3 times for 1h. Conclusion The method is applicable to water-coction extract technology of compound Chinese traditional and herbal drugs. |
