正交试验法优选消黄灵注射液水煎煮提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:确定消黄灵注射液水煎煮提取最佳工艺,方法,用正交试验法对消黄灵注射液水煎煮提取工艺总浸膏量进行优选,以水饱和正丁醇提取物作为考核指标,选用L9(3)^4正交表进行实验,考察四因素分别为:煎煮时间,煎煮次数,加水量,浸泡时间等,结果:确定加生药材的8倍量水,浸泡6h,煎煮3次,每次1h为最佳方案。结论:此方法适用于本方水煎煮提取工艺。

Abstract:Aim To determine the best water-coction extract technology of Xiaohuangling(XHL) injection. Methods The orthogonal test was the method to select the water-coction extract technology of XHL injection.Results The best scheme was that crude drug was added 8 times water, then soaked 6h, and boiled out 3 times for 1h. Conclusion The method is applicable to water-coction extract technology of compound Chinese traditional and herbal drugs.
