| 摘 要： | 目的评价介入性动脉内置管于血栓处,局部持续泵入尿激酶治疗急性动脉栓塞的临床效果。方法随机选择32例急性外周动脉栓塞病人,采用Seldinger法经健侧动脉穿刺引管行动脉造影,发现动脉血栓部位后,用导管导丝插入,捣碎血栓抽吸后留置导管,开口抵于血栓近端,持续泵入尿激酶溶栓,每小时5万单位。12~24 h后造影复查,根据血栓溶解情况及时灵活调整导管位置。结果急性动脉栓塞病人治愈率为96.9%。无出血等严重并发症。结论经导管动脉内血栓局部持续泵入尿激酶治疗急性动脉栓塞效果显著,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of artery catheterization for regional thrombolysis with urokinase in the treatment of acute artery embolism.MethodsThirty-two patients with acute peripheral artery embolism received catheter-guided regional thrombolysis with urokinase(50 000 U/h),and continuous infusion.The patients underwent angiography 12-24 hours later to see the thrombosis and adjust the position of the catheter when needed.ResultsThe cure rate of the(patients) treated was 96.9%,no severe complication,such as hemorrhage,was encountered.ConclusionRegional thrombolysis(using) intra-arterial continuous infusion for acute artery embolism is safe and effective. |
