摘    要:目的 考察不同种生物有机肥料对巴戟天有效成分形成的影响 ,为巴戟天规范化种植提供科学的依据。方法 运用 HPL C方法考察不同生物有机肥料对巴戟天中甲基异茜草素 - 1-甲醚的含量 ,同时利用紫外分光光度法考察低聚糖、多糖的含量。结果 不同生物有机肥料对提高巴戟天有效成分的含量作用不同 ,其中以含有生物菌肥的有机肥料效果最好。结论 建议在巴戟天种植过程中可考虑使用加有微生物菌肥的生物有机肥料

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of various organic fertilizers on the growth and active constituents of Morinda officinalis How. Method The content of rubiadin 1 methy ether, oligosaccharides,polysaccharides in the samples of Radix Morindae Officinalis applied with various organic fertilizers was analysed by HPLC and Ultraviolet Spectroscopy. Result Various organic fertilizers have different effects on the constituents of Morinda officinalis, the result differently was :biotic organic fertilizer C > biotic organic fertilizer A > farm manure> biotic organic fertilizer B. Conclusion Biotic organic fertilizers contained microbes could facilitate the growth and promote the formation of active constituents of Morinda officinalis.
