致康胶囊联合微波治疗鼻出血

目的 :观察致康胶囊联合微波治疗鼻出血的作用。方法 :对 2 0 0 2年 10月～ 2 0 0 4年 5月 ,在耳鼻喉门诊及病房接受微波治疗中的鼻出血患者 12 0例。随机分为两组 ,治疗组 60例 ,微波治疗配合致康胶囊治疗 ,对照组 60例 ,微波治疗后口服云南白药。结果 :两组疗效间差异有显著性意义 (p <0 0 5 )且不良反应少。结论 :致康胶囊联合微波治疗鼻出血 ,疗效肯定 ,能够减少术后出血 ,促进创面愈合。

Clinical experiment of zhi-kang capsule combined with microwave in the treatment of nose-bleeding

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of nose-bleeding which was treated with zhi-kang capsule and microwave.Methods: nose bleeding 120 cases who accepted of treatment microwave at our ear-nose-throat department from Nov. 2002. May to 2004. 120 cases were divided into two groups. 60 cases were treated with yun Nan white drug and microwave.Results: After a course of treatment, zhi-kang Capsule and microwave in the trentment wasbetter than the other group. there was a significant different(P<0.01),the ADR in the treatment of zhikang Capsule and nosebleed was very small. Conclusion: The curative effect of zhi-kang capsule and microwave was better than the other group. in the treat ment of nose bleeding. it can reduce bleeding a after operation and promote the wound to heal.
