| 摘 要： | 用体外特异淋巴细胞转化试验辅助诊断药物性急性间质肾炎过敏药物。结果3例对试验药物呈阳性反应,1例阴性,阴性对照全部阴性。该试验特异、客观、安全,具有临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | In vitro lymphocyte transformntion tests induced by drugs were performed in 4 patients with acute interstitial nephitis. 3 of these have a positive result in the presence of penicillin G but 1 negative. Lymphocyte transformation test is useful in clinical practice to identify the drugs that cause hypersensitivity nephritis. |
