颈动脉超声对预测老年高血压患者发生脑梗死的价值

目的：探讨颈动脉超声对预测老年高血压患者发生脑梗死的临床应用价值。方法：对临床中高血压患者及脑梗死患者的颈动脉超声结果进行分析。结果：高血压组颈动脉斑块检出率为60．20％明显高于无高血压组的43．75％（P〈0．05）；颈动脉内膜增厚或斑块病变者脑梗死的发生率均较颈动脉正常者显著增高（P〈0．05）。结论：颈动脉超声对老年高血压患者发生脑梗死的预测有一定的参考价值。

Clinical Applied Value of Carotid Artery Ultrasound for Forecasting Incidence of Cerebral Infarction of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

Objective: To probe into the clinical applied value of carotid artery ultrasound for forecasting the incidence of cerebral infarction of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The results of carotid artery ultrasound of the patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction in clinics were analyzed.Results:The detectable rate of carotid artery patches in the hypertension group was 60.20% and clearly higher 43.75%((P<)0.05)than that in the group without hypertension.The incidence rate of cerebral infarction of the patients with thickening of intima of carotid artery or the patch lesion was obviously higher than that of the patients whose carotid artery was normal((P<)0.05).Conclusion: Carotid artery ultrasound is of certain valuable reference for forecasting the incidence of cerebral infarction of elderly patients with hypertension.
