| 摘 要： | 患者男,59岁,农民。阴茎多发性角状增生物1年。查体见沿冠状沟分布的7个角状增生,质硬,呈淡褐色,表面光滑。组织病理示:圆锥形致密的角化过度物质,伴有角化不全,表皮呈山峰状突起,基底部胶原纤维组织增生,伴有不同程度急慢性炎细胞浸润。诊断为阴茎多发性巨大皮角。

| Abstract: | Objective A 59-year-old farmer presented with more than 1 year history of multiple corniform neoplasm on penis.The characteristics of 7 skin lesions distributed along coronal were smooth surface,hard and hazel.A biopsy specimen showed Cone-shaped hyperkeratosis dense material with parakeratosis,epidermal hump-shaped protuberances and Basal collagen fiber hyperplasia with Varying degrees of acute and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration.A diagnosis of penis multiple large cutaneous horns were made. |
