针刺泻阴法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫临床观察

目的观察针刺泻阴法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效。方法采用针刺泻阴法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫30例,并与30例传统针刺法对照。结果治疗组中上肢治愈7例,显效12例,进步8例,无效3例;下肢治愈5例,显效10例,进步14例,无效1例。对照组中上肢治愈3例,显效3例,进步16例,无效8例;下肢治愈2例,显效5例,进步17例,无效6例。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论结果表明针刺泻阴法在治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫有较好的疗效,优于传统针刺法。

Clinical Observations on Yin-reducing Acupuncture for the Treatment of Post-stroke Spastic Hemiplegia

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of yin-reducing acupuncture on post-stroke spastic hemiplegia. Methods Thirty patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia were treated with yin-reducing acupuncture. The results were compared with those in another 30 patients treated with conventional acupuncture. Results Of the treatment group,cure occurred in the upper limbs of 7 patients and the lower limbs of 5 patients,marked effectiveness in the upper limbs of 12 patients and the lower limbs of 10 patients,improvement in the upper limbs of 8 patients and the lower limbs of 14 patients,and ineffectiveness in the upper limbs of 3 patients and the lower limbs of 1 patients. Of the control group,cure occurred in the upper limbs of 3 patients and the lower limbs of 2 patients,marked effectiveness in the upper limbs of 3 patients and the lower limbs of 5 patients,improvement in the upper limbs and the lower limbs of 17 patients,and ineffectiveness in the upper limbs of 8 patients and the lower limbs of 6 patients. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The results indicate that Yin-reducing acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect on post-stroke spastic hemiplegia. It is superior to conventional acupuncture.
