Livin、cleavedcaspase的表达-3在尖锐湿疣中

目的：确定livin和cleavedcaspase-3在尖锐湿疣（condyloma acuminatum,CA）组织中的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组化sP法检测livin和cleavedcaspase-3在34例CA组织和15例正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果：正常皮肤中livin与cleavedcaspase-3均无表达,CA组织中二者表达的阳性率分别为82．4％和38．2％;两种蛋白在CA组织中的表达呈负相关（r=-5．25,P〈0．001）。结论：Livin抑制caspase-3的激活,两者共同参与CA的发病过程,可能与CA的发生、发展相关。

Expression and significance of livin and cleaved caspase- 3 in condyloma acuminatum

Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of livin and cleaved caspase- 3 in condyloma acuminatum （CA） Method： The immunohistochemical SP method was applied to detect the expression of livin and cleaved caspase - 3 in 34 cases of CA and 15 normal skin controls. Results： The positive expression rates were 82.4% for livin and 38.2% for cleaved caspase - 3 in CA, both were significantly higher than that in normal skin （ P 〈 0.01 ）, where the expressions of the two proteins were both negative. The expression of livin and cleaved caspase - 3 was negatively correlated each other in CA （ r = - 5.25, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： livin may promote the development of CA by inhibiting the activation of caspase - 3. Both of livin and cleaved caspase - 3 may participate in the pathogenesis of CA.
