| 摘 要： | 目的：研究和探讨桂花乙醇提取物抗氧化、抗炎活性。为进一步研究开发该植物奠定物质基础。方法：选取Wistar大鼠48只，用灌胃法给予桂花醇提物混悬液14d。于末次给药当天每组皮下注射LPS（2mg／kg）。24h后麻醉、取血，测血清中NO、SOD含量。结果：通过LPS引起的炎症实验结果表明：桂花提取物能降低血清中NO含量，增强血清中SOD活性。结论：药理研究表明，桂花具有明显的抗氧化、抗炎作用。
