天津市全科医学人力资源状况的分析

目的：了解天津市全科医疗人力资源状况。方法：对市内各区基层医疗单位目前正从事全科医疗的医务人员进行抽样问卷调查，将调查对象各方面的状况进行统计分析。结果：①年龈趋于老化。②学历层次偏低。③从事全科医疗的时间较短。④绝大多数是中级职称，个别区初级职称比重偏大。⑤接受全科医学培训和有关全科医疗的知识掌握不够。结论：急需培养高学历的中青年全科医疗人才。工作重点应放在社区的急救、康复、传染病流行控制、计划免疫的实施、精神和心理健康保健等方面。

The study on the human resources of general family medicine in Tianjin

Objective: To get message of human resources with regard to general family medicine in Tianjin. Methods: The questionnaires from the medical staffs of basic medical units, which were engaged upon general family medicine in the different districts,and data from the samples were statisticsed and analyzed. Results: Of these data, aging, lower educational background, short period of the working, high rate of the middle or primary professional title, inadequate training and relevant knowledge were found. Conclusion: It is badly in deed of person with high-grade educational level on general family medicine and younger. The focal point should be put on community, including first aid, rehabilitation, controlling some infectious diseases, immunization and psychophysiological health protection.
