摘    要:目的:观察海藻糖在低温储存皮肤组织中的抗氧自由基损伤作用。方法:取新鲜皮肤标本做正常对照组,另行海藻糖和二甲基亚砜处理后液氮低温储存,复温后测定皮肤组织匀浆液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,过氧化脂质(LPO)代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:经海藻糖处理后,低温储存的皮肤组织中SOD活力升高,其MDA含量下降。结论:海藻糖是一种有效的稳定剂,在皮肤低温损伤中具有抗氧自由基损伤作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of trehalse during cryoinjury.Methods:Evaluate the level of superoxide dismutaes(SOD) and the amount of malonyldialdehyde(MDA) from the cryopreserved skin.Results:Comparing to the normal human skin, trehalose could enhance the vitality of SOD and decrease the production of MDA when the skin was frozen.(Conclusion:)It showed that trehalose may promote the ability on elimination of oxygen free radical and decrease the attack of the oxygeon free radical during cryoinjury.trehalose;oxygeon;free radical;hypothermia;skin
