| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑出血患者血清中肝细胞再生因子的变化及其意义。方法应用组织细胞培养法及同位素标记技术对60例脑出血患者和30例健康对照组血清中肝细胞再生因子水平进行测定。结果≥30ml的脑出血的患者血清中肝细胞再生因子高于<30ml的脑出血的患者(P<0.05),并显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论为研究脑出血患者对肝脏的影响及其防治提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveThis study was done to investigate the change of hepatocyte growth factor in cerebral hemorrhage patients and its signification. MethodsTissue-cell culture and isotopelabeled technique were used to determine the difference of the hepatocyte growth factor in the blood serum between 60-cerebral hemorrhage patients and 30-healthy control groups. ResultsThe hepatocyte growth factor in the blood serum of cerebral hemorrhage patients with the volume of hemorrhage bigger than 30 ml was higher than that of cerebral hemorrhage patients with the volume of hemorrhage smaller than 30 ml(P<0.05), and it was siginificantly higher than that of control groups(P<0.01). ConclusionThe results can provide reference criteria for estimating the level of hepatic injury in the cerebral hemorrhage patients. |
