| 摘 要： | 目的 :制定眼宁滴眼液中蛋白质的含量测定方法。方法 :采用Lowry法测定含量 ,以 650nm为测定波长测定吸收度。结果 :在 0 0 4～ 0 2 0mg/ml之间呈良好线性关系 ,相关系数r=0 9990 ,平均回收率为 99 9% (n =6) ,RSD =1 3 %。结论 :本法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可用于眼宁滴眼液的含量测定
