| 摘 要： | 用化云宁治疗116只家兔角膜创伤及瘢痕模型的研究证明,化云宁不影响角膜创伤的愈合,对角膜云翳疗效明显,远优于狄奥宁和碘化钠。根据病理、组织化学和电镜检查表明化云宁的作用机理是抑制角膜基质中纤维母细胞的异常增殖及胶原合成,促使纤维母细胞成熟,使角膜基质中的细胞、纤维及间质恢复正常或接近正常。

| Abstract: | An experimental study on corneal scar in 116 rabbits indicates that the effect of "Huayunning" is far better than that of dionine and sodium iodide. On the basis of pathological, histochemical and electron microscopic exami-natio-ns the effects of 'Huayunning" on corneal scar seems to inhibit the abnormal proliferation of fibroblasts in the stroma and the synthesis of collagen, enhance maturation of fibroblasts and cause the cells, fibers and ground substance to normal or nearly to normal. |
