吸入沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂与联合吸入二丙酸倍氯米松、沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗成人哮喘疗效比较

目的比较沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂及联合吸入二丙酸倍氯米松、沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗成人中重度哮喘的疗效。方法观察中重度哮喘34例,采用随机对照研究。将患者随机分为吸入沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂组及联合吸入二丙酸倍氯米松及沙丁胺醇气雾剂组,观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标、症状控制情况及生命质量。结果治疗前及治疗第7天时PEFam、PEFpm值差异无显著性,第4、12周时两组间比较有统计学差异。治疗1周内,两组日间无症状天数无统计学差异。而两组夜间无症状天数有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗4周中日间及夜间无症状天数两组比较差异均有显著性。治疗12周后两组间综合评分、哮喘症状评分、心理情绪评分有统计学差异。结论在治疗成人中重度哮喘中吸入沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂优于联合吸入二丙酸倍氯米松、沙丁胺醇气雾剂。

Comparison of Seretide versus combination of Salbutamol and beclomethasone dipropionate in adult asthma

Objective]To compare the effect of Seretide(salmeterol 50 mcg/fluticasone propionate 250 mcg) versus the combination of Salbutamol and Beclomethasone dipropionate in moderate and severe asthma in adults. 34 moderate or severe adult asthma patients were randomized into two groups. Seretide(salmeterol 50mcg/fluticasone propionate 250 mcg) or Salbutamol combined with Beclomethasone dipropionate were given. Serial measurements of lung function, symptom and life quality were performed. After 7 days' treatment, the PEFam and PEFpm of the two groups have no difference, other than the 4 and 12 weeks' treatment. The no symptom days in the first week in both groups has no difference, other than the no symptom nights. After 4 weeks' treatment, the no symptom days and nights in both groups are different. After 12 weeks' treatment the summary scores, symptom scores and mental scores in two groups have difference. Conclusion] Seretide(salmeterol 50 mcg/fluticasone propionate 250 mcg) is more effective than Salbutamol combined with Beclomethasone dipropionate in moderate and severe asthma in adults.
