| 摘 要： | 通过TNFα以及TNFα+GM-CSF对18例白血病患者髓性白血病细胞凋亡的影响研究,发现加TNFα组凋亡细胞数明显高于TNFα+GM-CSF组,两者比较有显著性差异（P<0.01）。本结果提示TNFα有捉进肿瘤细胞凋亡作用,而 GM-CSF则可抑制这种作用。

| Abstract: | The studies indicated that the numbers of apoptotic leukemia cell were much higher in culture of leukemia cells with TNF-a added in comparison with those when TNF-a and GM-CSF were added. (P<0.0l). The results suggest that TNF-x can induce apoptosis in human acute myeloid leukaemia cells and GM-CSF may, inhibit this effect. |
