连续顺序追踪超声检测结合三维表面成像技术在胎儿肢体畸形筛查中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨连续顺序追踪超声检测结合三维表面成像技术在胎儿肢体畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法选择2014年11月—2017年3月1 176例孕16~34周孕妇,采用连续顺序追踪超声检测四肢,对于可疑肢体畸形者采用三维表面成像检查,观察胎儿肢体发育情况,并结合侵入性染色体检查和引产结果进行分析。结果 1 176例超声检出肢体畸形37例,占3.15%,其中26例同时伴发其他结构畸形,占70.27%;孕18~24周的检出率最高,占89.19%;37例均引产,与大体标本及放射线检查比较,产前超声的符合率为100%。异常染色体核型8例,占24.14%。结论连续顺序追踪超声检测结合三维表面成像技术是筛查胎儿肢体畸形的良好方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of continuous sequential ultrasound and three-dimensional surface imaging in the screening of fetal limb deformity.Methods 1 176 pregnant women with gestation for 16~34 weeks from Nov.2014~Mar.2017,and continuous sequential ultrasound was performed for limbs,and three dimensional surface imaging was performed for suspected limb deformities.The development of fetal limb was observed, and the results were compared with the results of invasive chromosome examination and labor induction.Results 37 cases were detected by ultrasound with limb malformations in 1 176 cases, accounting for 315%,and 26 cases were accompanied with other structural abnormalities, accounting for 70.27%,The highest detection rate was 18~24 weeks, accounting for 89.19%,37 cases were induced labor, compared with the gross specimens and radiation, prenatal ultrasound coincidence rate was 100%,8 cases were bnormal karyotypes, accounting for 24.14%.Conclusions Continuous sequential ultrasound detection combined with three-dimensional surface imaging is a good method for screening fetal limb deformities.
