摘    要:抑郁症(MDD)作为一个重要的公共卫生问题,影响着全球3.5亿人.随着生活、工作压力的不断增加,MDD发病率逐年上升,预计到2020年将达到总人口的10%,成为全球第二大常见疾病.由于该病的发病机制还不是特别明确,且该病的发病过程可能与多条通路有关,致使针对该病的药物治疗陷入僵局,药物控制率目前仅约30%.本文对近年来线粒体异常与MDD关系的研究成果进行综述,包括线粒体功能障碍、线粒体氧化损伤、线粒体缺陷等,以期为MDD研究提供新思路.

Abstract:Major depressive disorder(MDD)is an important public health problem affecting 350 million people worldwide. With the increasing pressure in life and work,the morbidity of MDD has risen year by year,which is estimated to reach 10%of the to-tal population in 2020. MDD will become the world′s second top common disease. Due to the unclear mechanism and multiple signal-ing pathways,the MDD treatments have reached an impass. Only 30%of the MDD patients have received effective treatments. In order to provide new ideas for depression research,this paper reviews the recent achievements on the relationship between mitochondrial ab-normalities and depression,including mitochondrial dysfunction,mitochondrial oxidative damage,and mitochondrial defects.
