摘    要:瞬时感受器电位香草素受体亚家族3 (transient receptor potential vanilloid 3,TRPV3)是存在于细胞膜上的一类非选择性阳离子通道蛋白,其主要在人体皮肤角质细胞表达,在介导钙离子传递、影响表皮角质细胞增殖分化、参与炎症反应以及调节温度觉、痒觉和痛觉等多种生物过程中发挥重要作用.本文综述了TRPV3与遗传角化性皮肤病、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤炎症和疼痛的相关研究进展,为揭示TRPV3基因在皮肤功能障碍中的作用机制提供理论依据.

Abstract:Transient receptor potential vanilla receptor and family 3 (transient receptor potential vanilloid 3,TRPV3) is a nonselective cation channels protein on the cell membrane,and mainly expressed in human skin keratinocytes.TRPV3 is involved in mediating calcium ion transfer,influences epidermis keratinocytes proliferation and differentiation,participates in the inflammatory response,and plays an important role in adjusting temperature feel,paining feel,itching feel of skin,and other biological processes.In this review,we summarized the studies on association of TRPV3 with genetic keratoderma,skin itch,inflammation and pain related research progress,to reveal TRPV3 mechanism of the role of genes in skin disorders.We will provide the scientific theoretical basis for revealing the functional mechanism of TRPV3 in skin dysfuction.
