特发性肺纤维化相关miRNAs的研究新进展

特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)是一种致死性的进行性间质性肺病,病因至今仍不明确,也缺乏有效的治疗方法.miRNAs研究涉及许多疾病的发生、诊断和治疗,现已发现多种miRNAs与特发性肺纤维化有密切的关系.本文将从促纤维化、抗纤维化以及临床诊断3方面来综述与特发性肺纤维化相关的新的miRNAs的研究状况,为早日揭示特发性肺纤维化的发病机制、发现有效的治疗措施提供科学资料.

Advances in research of the miRNAs associated with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a fatal progressive interstitial lung disease,its etiology is still unknown,and effective treatment for this disease is not established yet.This disease is closely associated with a variety of miRNAs that are known involving the occurrence,diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.This article will review research status of new miRNAs which associated with IPF in three aspects,including profibrosis,antifibrosis and clinical diagnosis,to provide the scientific informaztion for revealing the pathogenesis of IPF and finding effective therapies.
