RNase L遗传改变与肿瘤相关性的研究进展

RNase L是先天免疫系统中的一个重要作用因子.能够使RNA水解从而抑制细胞蛋白质的合成.近年来,RNase L已被报道在多种肿瘤中存在表达差异,并与这些肿瘤的发生发展密切相关.因此,对于RNase L与肿瘤相关性研究可能为肿瘤的治疗提供新的靶点.本文主要对RNase L的结构与功能以及在遗传病方面的研究进展加以综述.

Research progress in the relationship between RNase L genetic change and cancer

Ribonuclease L (RNase L) plays an important role in the innate immune system.It could inhibit the ability of cellular protein synthesis through catalyzing RNA hydrolysis.Recently,differential expression of RNase L expression has been reported in a wide variety of tumor,and that is closely related with the development of these tumors.Thus,studies on the correlation between tumor and RNase L may provide new targets for tumor therapies.This paper focuses on the research progress of the functions and structure of RNase L and their association with genetic etiology of tumors.
