| 摘 要： | 本文报道丹参对犬肝热缺血45min,再灌流30min肝过氧化脂质(lipid peroxides,LPO)的影响。结果表明,丹参组过氧化脂质明显低于对照组。提示丹参具有较好的抗氧化作用,是一种有效的肝热缺血保护药物。

| Abstract: | This article reports the affection of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the lopid peroxides of dog's liver following ischaemia for 45min/reperfusion for 30min. the results showed that the lipid peroxides of Salvia Miltiorrhiza group was obviously lower than that in the contrast group (P<0.05). It suggests Salvia Miltiorrhiza play an important part in anti-oxidation and is an effective drug on protection of warm ischemia of liver. |
