探讨全程健康教育对肺结核预后的影响

目的探讨实施全程健康教育对肺结核预后的影响。方法将临床确诊48例初治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为两组，全程健康教育组（24例）通过心理学探讨与评估，制定健康教育方案并付诸实施；健康教育引导不全（24例）为对照组。结果观察组全程规律服药率（95．8％）明显高于对照组（66．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治愈率（91．6％）明显高于对照组（54．2％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全程健康教育对肺结核的预后有着非常重要意义。

Exploration of influence of whole course health education on prognosis of tuberculosis

Objective To explore the influence of whole course education on the prognosis of tuberculosis.Methods Forty-eight patients clincially diagnosed with tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups.Health educaiton pragrams were formulated and implemented among all the 24 patients of the whole course education group through psychological exploration and assessment.All of 24 patients in the control group received imcomplete health educaiton.Results The observation group(95.8%) showed obviously higher regular administration rate than the control group(66.7%),with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The observation group(91.6%) showed obviously higher cure rate than the control group(54.2%),with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Whole course health education is of very important significance to the prognosis of tuberculosis.
