湿润烧伤膏在静脉输液外渗护理中的应用

目的观察外敷湿润烧伤膏治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效。方法选择在门诊输液室因静脉输液发生药物外渗80例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组采用湿润烧伤膏外敷治疗，对照组采用常规50％硫酸镁湿敷治疗，比较两组的显效时间及疗效。结果观察组显效时间及显效率明显优于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论外敷湿润烧伤膏治疗静脉输液外渗有良好的效果，该方法操作简便、成本低，值得推广使用。

The application of MEBO in venous transfusion exosmosis in nursing care

Objective To observe the curative effect of MEBO in the treatment of venous transfusion exosmosis.Methods In outpatient transfusion room due to intravenous infusion of drugs extravasation in 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with MEBO treatment,the control group used conventional 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress therapy,starting time and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group starting time and significant efficiency was obviously superior to the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MEBO in the treatment of venous transfusion exosmosis in the good results,this method has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,is worth popularizing.
