痰热清治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期的效果。方法选择2007年7月-2011年12月我院收治的COPD急性加重期患者120例,随机分成两组,即对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗同时加痰热清注射液,疗程1周。结果治疗组总有效率98.3%,对照组总有效率91.7%,两组对比差异显著（P〈0.05）。治疗组的退热起效时间快于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后白细胞总数、C-反应蛋白（CRP）均降低,两组之间无差异。治疗组的中性粒细胞比率下降更明显,与对照组相比,有显著差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗过程中1例患者出现皮肤瘙痒,但症状轻微,治疗结束后上述症状消失。结论痰热清注射液治疗COPD急性加重期效果显著;痰热清注射液能进一步降低中性粒细胞水平,快速持续降温和提高治疗疗效,安全性好,值得推广应用。

Efficacy of Tanreqing on COPD with acute exacerbation

Objective To investigate the effect of Tanreqing Injection on COPD patients with acute exacerbation period.Methods From July 2007 to December 2011 in our hospital 120 cases of COPD patients with acute exacerbations were randomly divided into two groups including control and treatment group each for 60 cases.Control group was given basic treatment while treatment group was given basic and Tanreqing by intravenous infusion once a day for a week.Results The total effective rate was 98.3% in treatment group and was 91.7% in control group.The comparison in two groups was significant difference(P <0.05).After observation,treatment group onset of fever down was faster than the control group(P <0.05).The total numbers of white blood cell,C-reactive protein(CRP) after treatment were reduced,but no difference between the two groups.Neutrophil ratio in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P <0.05).1 patient in the treatment group during the treatment suffered from skin itching,but the symptoms were mild.The symptom disappeared soon in the end of treatment.Conclusions Tanreqing injection has significant effect on the treatment of COPD patients with acute exacerbation;Tanreqing injection further reduces the level of neutrophils so that bringing patients fever down rapidly and improving the therapeutic efficacy.
